Account Delivery

• Once you have checked out on site account you'll receive an email with log-in information to get started playing.
• Most purchases processed within 30 minutes.
• Delivery time can vary if we are creating a new account and server transferring your new character to the server of your choosing (World of Warcraft only), this can take up to 2 hours.

If your purchase includes our account security package you will receive:

• 30 days game time.
• Authentication keys used during account creation & secret question/answer selection for added security.
• We will transfer your new character to the server of your choosing.

For all other game account purchases, you will receive the following:

• Log-in credentials -- Username & Password
• Secret question and answer
• Email account registered to game account
